After more than twenty years of joint partnership under the name Cyrus Moser Architekten, Oliver Cyrus and Andreas Moser will continue to run two independent architectural firms from April 2022. Since its founding in 2000, the office, which today has more than 40 employees, has planned and realized hundreds of joint projects, including well-known high-rise buildings such as ONE FORTYWEST, the Senckenberg Tower and the Sparda Bank Tower.
Cyrus Moser Architekten are thus involved in the creation of several high-rise towers that will shape the Frankfurt Skyline. For the aforementioned projects, the office also won the competition against well-known architectural firms such as schneider+schumacher, KSP Engel Architekten, Coop Himmelb(l)au and Henning Larsen Architekten.
At the beginning of February 2022, the architects celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony together with Messe Frankfurt for the Sparda Bank Tower, which will be built by 2025. This 124-meter-high skyscraper in the Europaviertel district will mark the new south entrance to the trade fair and will have its own subway stop on line 5.
The ONE FORTY WEST was completed in 2021, the Senckenberg Tower in 2022. Together, they will form the new Senckenberg Quarter.
