There is a growing number of people interested in drone flights over Frankfurt. Our information portal SKYLINE ATLAS is receiving inquiries from copter pilots every now and then. These are either experienced drone pilots who have been flying over Frankfurt for years, or people who already have a drone but have not yet dared to fly over the city center.

In order to connect the drone pilots in Frankfurt with each other, the idea for a “drone get-together” was born, which should take place at irregular intervals. Everyone who likes to take photos and videos of the Frankfurt skyline with their drone or is planning to do so is invited. The new date is a place for exchanging experiences and ideas. In addition to the pure exchange of knowledge, everyone can also build a network with other drone pilots or take tips with them for the next flight. Of course, participants can also publish their photos of Frankfurt and the skyline here in the SKYLINE ATLAS. In return, we link to the corresponding information pages of the drone pilots.

The last meeting of SKYLINE ATLAS on the fly took place in September 2020. During the meetup, the participants exchanged information about the high demands for a drone flight in Frankfurt. After the conversation, the drone pilots flew with drones south of Frankfurt’s Financial District from around 6:30 p.m.
