SkyRun MesseTurm Frankfurt

SkyRun MesseTurm Frankfurt is a tower running event up to the top of MesseTurm. A tower run is a competition in which the athletes climb a skyscraper, a tower or a staircase in the open air. At SkyRun Frankfurt, individual runners and teams can compete in reaching Frankfurt’s 61-storey landmark. The challenge is to conquer the 1,202 steps and 222 meters (728 feet) of altitude difference.

As a rule, SkyRun Frankfurt takes place as a running event once a year. Between 2019 and 2021, the popular event had to be cancelled, first due to construction work on the Messeturm and later because of the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2022, the popular event was held again in its usual form and enjoyed a large crowd.
