The project developers OFB and ART-INVEST want to build an office complex in the Eschborn Sued (“Eschborn South”) commercial area, which consists of a total of seven buildings. The office quarter called Eschborn Gate is said to have a gross floor area of more than 50,000 square meters (538,100 square feet). Part of Eschborn Gate project development is an approximately 14-storey high-rise office building which is proposed to be located directly opposite the SAP high-rise building.
The 30,800 square meters (330,000 square feet) lot of Eschborn Gate is at Frankfurter Strasse 2-8 and is conveniently located next to the A 648 freeway. A HELLWEG hardware store and several older office buildings are currently located on the property. The project is to be developed step by step. An anchor tenant for Eschborn Gate has not yet been publicly named. Construction of the first phase of construction is not expected to begin before 2021.
