OFB Projektentwicklung is a project developer, project manager, as well as property manager and operates exclusively in Germany. OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH has been in the real estate business for more than 60 years and is part of the bank  Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen. The headquarters of the real estate group is Frankfurt. Branches are operated in Berlin, Erfurt, Kassel, Munich, Düsseldorf, and Leipzig.

OFB Projektentwicklung also develops projects in partnership with other companies, but especially with Groß & Partner. Both companies are also jointly responsible for the implementation of the Gateway Gardens development area at Frankfurt Airport.

The realized real estate projects of OFB Projektentwicklung in the Frankfurt Metropolitan Area include the MAIN TOWER (in the Frankfurt Financial District) and the SAP High-Rise (in the Eschborn South Industrial Area).

OFB Projektentwicklung continues to pursue the development of high-rise buildings with the construction of the Central Business Tower,  Eschborn Gate, and Eschborn Technical Center projects.
