The project developers OFB and Groß + Partner have jointly developed a new building for the software company SAP. Construction of the 43 meter high office building in Eschborn started in 2017. Since its completion in May 2018, the SAP building has a gross floor area of 11,780 square meters and a rental area of around 9,000 square meters. Approximately. 300 parking spaces are available in the adjacent parking garage. SAP is the sole tenant of the eleven-story office building.
By using fewer different facade elements and window types, the high-quality element facade is given a dynamic appearance. Large-format box windows ensure optimal exposure of the office space. The SAP high-rise was certified with LEED Gold.
The design comes from the pen of the architects KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten from Frankfurt.
Status April 2018: The building is slowly nearing completion.
Status February 2018: The SAP logo has been attached to the facade and the interior fit-out is underway.
Status August 2017: The building is under construction and has reached its full height.
