SKYLINE ATLAS publishes information on the completion of high-rise buildings. This information comes from builders, project developers, architects or other project managers. However, information in particular about planned and under construction high-rise buildings can change during the course of construction. For large construction projects, it is the rule rather than the exception that deadlines cannot be met (wanted or unwanted). Deviations of a few months from the original planning are not uncommon.
Therefore, dates of new buildings in the SKYLINE ATLAS are prolonged to the best of our knowledge and the current construction progress. Especially for high-rise buildings under construction, there may be deviations of a few months from the original planning at the end of the construction phase. A high-rise building is completed for SKYLINE ATLAS when you can no longer see any large construction machines on the construction project and the construction work is largely completed on the inside.
Please also note that a complete renovation of a property in the SKYLINE ATLAS is handled like a new construction project.
