On June 30, construction acceptance for the 190-meter-high ONE was carried out by the construction supervisors. Completion of the new skyscraper next to the Frankfurt Trade Fair was on schedule despite the pandemic and the associated challenges. An 11-year lease for 4,900 square meters of rental space was recently signed between project developer CA Immo and tax consulting firm WTS. The company will relocate its Frankfurt headquarters from the banking district to the newly occupied office space in ONE in fall 2023. With the conclusion of this lease agreement, ONE is already 72% leased.
In the course of the successful building inspection by the building supervisory authority, the installation of the entire building services, the fire alarm systems and all elevator systems, among other things, was ensured in technically flawless implementation. Currently, the finishing work of individual office areas inside ONE is still in progress, as well as the completion of the jointly used lobby.
The First Tenants move in
The 4-star hotel nhow will also welcome its first guests to ONE as early as August 1. The hotel offers 375 rooms, a restaurant, a conference area, a spa and a fitness room on the first 14 floors of the new high-rise.
The coworking provider Spaces is also currently setting up its 5 floors in ONE. Approximately 650 workstations and numerous meeting rooms are planned.
However, the highlight of the ONE is likely to be the Skybar at a height of 185 meters. It will be open to the public and offer a spectacular 360-degree view of Frankfurt and the surrounding high-rises.
