
Lupp
Lupp is a group of companies from Nidda near Frankfurt am Main that has existed for over 100 years. It is one of the largest and oldest building contractors and project developers in Germany and has approximately 750 employees. The spectrum of services ranges from development to construction and operation of a building. The three pillars of the family business are partnership, competence, quality and responsibility.
The building work ranges from residential properties to schools, hotels or airport buildings. The company’s claim is holistic planning and consulting. Against this background, market and location analyses as well as utilization and financing concepts are offered. In addition, Lupp realizes buildings, infrastructures and existing buildings. Another offer in the portfolio is Lupp Facility Management.
In addition to the Hafenparkquartier in the Ostend, Lupp is also responsible for the construction of the Senckenberg Tower at the Bockenheim Cultural Campus and the already completed Omnitower in Frankfurt‘s banking district. In addition, the FAZ Tower in Frankfurt‘s Europaviertel is one of the buildings in which Lupp is involved.
One project currently under construction is the Kreisler at Frankfurt’s main train station. This is where NESTLÉ will relocate its headquarters from Niederrad after completion in 2024.
