Westend Ensemble is an upscale residential complex south of the Westend district on the site of the former Oberpostdirektion (central postal office). The residential building has a gross floor area of 19,800 square meters (213,125 square feet) and was designed by the MOW Architekten. Part of the development is a 12-story high point. The project is planned to offer views of the high-rise towers in the Financial District from the upper floors. No start date for the construction is known yet.
Westend Ensemble is developed by the project developer CG Gruppe, who is also building the neighboring residential project Grand Ouest and the New Frankfurt Towers.

Status March 2020: There are no development news about the Westend Ensemble project because the project is still in the vote. Construction has not yet started.
Status Summer 2019: CG Gruppe originally planned a 16-story high-rise building here. These plans, originally designed by Jo. Franzke Architekten, are no longer persecuted. The project is now being planned in a variant with 12 floors.
As of September 2018: The project developer has received a preliminary building permit. The construction work on the Westendensemble is scheduled to begin at the end of 2018.
