The NFT Skybar in Frankfurt opened today at 6 PM local time. The bar is located on the 47th floor of Tower ONE at a height of 185 meters (607 feet) and is part of the newly opened nhow hotel. Thanks to its location in the European District, the NFT Skybar Frankfurt is the highest skybar in Germany: Mainhattan at its best – with a spectacular 360 degrees view of the skyscraper skyline.
The name NFT Skybar (NFT=“Non Fungible Tokens”) is related to the theme of the nhow hotel “The Art of Money”, which runs like a red thread through the new Frankfurt hotel. Visitors to the bar can mint one of 30 exclusive NFTs by Spanish artist David Zuker.
With the tokens created especially for the bar, the design brand nhow is devoting itself to the digital world of the metaverse for the first time. The NFT project was created by web3 startup Enefty, which offers companies the opportunity to sell NFTs to interested parties. The “Non Fungible Tokens”, designed by the artist David Zuker and based on ten cocktails, are also linked to advantages such as immediate admission to the skybar. The NFTs will be available starting November 28th.
Stefanie Schubert, Director of Marketing & Communication Northern Europe at the NH Hotel Group says: “In the NFT Skybar, guests can not only sip their favorite cocktail, but also purchase their own digital artwork and thus an exclusive piece of the nhow metaverse.”
