The Prisma at Hahnstraße 55 in Frankfurt’s Niederrad district, designed by Auer + Weber + Assoziierte, has been vacant since the beginning of 2022. It was previously used by Deka Bank. The office building with glass-roofed atrium has 12 full stories and 2 underground parking levels. The gross floor area is 67,500 square meters. An energy-saving air-conditioning and ventilation concept is integrated into the supporting structure.
A fund advised by Patron Capital Advisers and Sonar Real Estate have acquired the building in Frankfurt am Main and plan to reposition it. The following is planned:
- Modernization according to current sustainability standards
- Refurbishment of the building services
- Opening up the lobby and first floor to the public
- Creation of catering and fitness facilities
Overall, this further development should help to promote the transformation of the Niederrad office location into the Lyon Quarter as a residential and working district.
