Construction Site Tour of the almost finished b’mine Hotel Frankfurt

Construction work on the new b’mine Hotel in Gateway Gardens is in the final phase. The SKYLINE ATLAS was allowed to visit the construction site before the planned opening in spring 2022 and get an idea of, among other things, the innovative technology of the 40 car elevators. Booking, check-in and check-out can be carried out completely digitally. The CarLifts are located at the back of the hotel and take visitors by car directly to the CarLoggias of their respective rooms, which are equipped with e-charging stations.

But not only the 40 CarLoft rooms make the hotel unique. On the 12th floor is the public restaurant THE ROOF with a great view of both the Frankfurt Airport runway and the Frankfurt skyline. On the airport side, there is also a 170-square-meter roof terrace with bar. This is a great place for aviation enthusiasts in particular, as you have an optimal view of the planes landing or taking off from here. On the 11th floor, the hotel offers 7 event rooms, the largest of which is 218 square meters with a view of the airport and skyline. For this room, thanks to raised ceilings, disturbing supporting columns were completely dispensed with.

The hotel has a total of 241 rooms. 160 single rooms, 40 double rooms and 40 car lofts, as well as a sky loft on the 13th floor. Thanks to the 5-fold glazing of the windows, the noise from the airport and the highway is virtually imperceptible. The entire hotel has been equipped with broadband Internet and each room also has corresponding induction charging options. The interior design in terms of equipment and furnishings comes from the well-known studio GEPLAN DESIGN, which has created a fresh feel-good concept for the 241 rooms. The 13-story new hotel is approximately 53 meters high and is located in the western part of the Gateway Gardens development area, right next to Frankfurt Airport. The opening is scheduled for April 2022.
