The Prisma is an office building in the Frankfurt Niederrad district used by Deka Bank until 2021. The property was designed by Auer + Weber + Assoziierte and completed in 2001. It has now been acquired by Patron Capital Advisers and Sonar Real Estate, who now intend to reposition the building. The following is planned for this purpose:
