The Westend Windows is an office building completed in 2009, designed by the architectural firm Jo.Franzke Architekten. An outdated high-rise building previously stood on the Westend Windows site. The current building is located on Bockenheimer Landstrasse in Frankfurt’s Westend, in the immediate vicinity of the banking district and the Alte Oper opera house in the center of the city. The client is the project company Bockenheimer Landstraße 33-35 GmbH & Co. KG, Kronberg.

The elongated building comprises around 9000 square meters of rental space on seven floors and ends with a stacked storey. In particular, the balcony strips running across the entire Westend Windows facade give the building an eye-catching look. Seen from Opernplatz, the building forms the visual endpoint of Bockenheimer Landstrasse. The floor plans are highly flexible and can be divided as open-plan, combi and cellular offices. It also has a courtyard garden. On the first floor as well as on the 5th floor of the Windows building is your new medical practice with Sobar & a Yoga/Pilates area on the first floor.
