TOWNUS is an office complex under construction in the established office location Oberursel near Frankfurt. A total of around 13,000 square meters of office space will be created, which can be flexibly divided into units of 250 square meters or more. In addition, a parking deck with 300 parking spaces will be built on the 1,000 square meter site. The building ensemble consists of three “houses” of different heights, which rest on a common base. The TOWNUS is equipped with the most modern digital infrastructure and is certified with WiredScore. The new office complex is being developed by the real estate developer Benchmark Real Estate, which is investing around 40 million euros in the project.
Completion of the modern office complex on the outskirts of Frankfurt is scheduled for 2023, and construction work is currently underway. Around 4,300 square meters of office space will be rented to the Hochtaunus criminal investigation department, and another 2,000 square meters will go to the fitness chain Fitseveneleven.
