The B&L Group (B&L Gruppe in German) from Hamburg is planning a 17-storey office building as part of its Harbor Park Quarter development (HPQ; in German: Hafenpark Quartier) on the Hanauer Landstrasse street, which will mark the beginning of the district. On a floor space of approximately 10,500 square meters (113,000 square feet), more than
