The Frankfurt project development company Groß & Partner has acquired the property Europaallee 65-67 including the high-rise project development ready for construction from the P+B Group from Sankt Augustin near Bonn. In the middle of the European District, on plot 29, the company P+B Planen und Bauen from Sankt Augustin originally planned and presented the plans for one of the most extraordinary residential buildings in Germany, and at the same time, the first Porsche Design Tower in Europe.
