RFR Holding and Signa Acquire Prime Portfolio From Allianz

In a 50:50 joint venture, SIGNA Prime Selection AG (SIGNA Prime) and RFR Holding GmbH (RFR) have acquired a unique portfolio consisting of the two properties Opernplatz 2 in Frankfurt and Beursgallery in Rotterdam from Allianz Real Estate GmbH. The building Opernplatz 2 offers the opportunity to develop a high-quality mixed-use property consisting of office, retail, and gastronomy in an absolute prime location in Frankfurt in the immediate vicinity of the famous Old Opera House (Alte Oper).

The location in the heart of Frankfurt forms the connection axis between the Financial District, Old Opera House and Westend and is optimally connected to public transport via the Alte Oper subway station and the Taunusanlage S-Bahn station in the immediate vicinity. Frankfurt Airport can be reached in 20 minutes by S-Bahn or car.
