The Radisson Blu Hotel Frankfurt is a 96 meters (315 feet) high hotel tower and is located next to the A 648 freeway in Frankfurt’s City West area. Due to its prominent location not far from the Katharinen Roundabout (Katharinenkreisel) and the Messe Frankfurt site, the building catches the eye when entering the motorway. The Radisson Blu Hotel Frankfurt was called the Radisson SAS Hotel Frankfurt until the beginning of 2009. In the planning and construction phase, the real estate project had the working title Blue Heaven.

On November 1, 2005, a hotel belonging to the Radisson SAS chain opened in the 19-storey high-rise building with 428 rooms, conference rooms, a wellness area and an underground car park with 238 parking spaces. The pool on the 18th floor offers an extraordinary view of Downtown Frankfurt. In 2019 the hotel was completely renovated and operates under the Radisson Blu brand. The building has a gross floor area of 37,472 square meters (403,345 square feet) with a usable floor area of 24,500 square meters (263,716 square feet).
