Praedium in Frankfurt

Praedium is a residential high-rise building which stands at a height of 66 meters (216 feet). The low building section (“the small high-rise building”) has seven full floors and a relay floor, accommodating the eave height of the flank building of the Europa-Allee. The shape of the high-rise building is therefore developed from the urban development parameters. Therefore, the south side is staggered in continuous terraces and recesses, which produces the largest possible surface area for sun coverage, coupled with climatically effective winter gardens. The northern façade, on the other hand, occupies the construction site of the Europa-Allee and is slightly contoured between the west and east facade.

The northern side opens up to the city with two-storey entrance fronts to the boulevard. In the pedestal area on the park side, a two-storey restaurant offers great views of the park. A green embankment facing the southern basement provides private front gardens to the residential side at Niedernhausener Strasse.

More than 60 condominiums at a size of 31 to 362 square meters exist in the high-rise and have already been sold. Also the purchase contract for the exclusive penthouse on the 19th floor (18. OG) was signed with the completion of the building.
