Solid Home Frankfurt - CASCADA Rising Residences

In the European Quarter, the 21 floors residential tower, ‘SOLID Home’ is to be constructed having approximately 191 apartments. The condo tower, featuring underground parking, is located centrally between Messe and Hauptbahnhof. The design for the high-rise building comes from KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten, which is particularly notable for the its cascade-shaped residential building, whose step-like business units are truly striking. In the residential building, 2-4 room apartments have been created for self-occupiers and capital investors ranging from 33 to 200 square meters each. Altogether a total of 20,850 square meters of total space will be created. The former project name of ‘SOLID Home’ was “CASCADA”.

The spacious entrance area of ’SOLID Home’ spreads wide into open-plan floors with bright, airy apartments with large windows and balconies or terraces. The 1-4 room apartments are characterised by modern floor plans, good facilities and a beautiful view.

The construction site for the new residential tower is the last unplanned area in the Europaviertel, which is located in close proximity to a 60,000 square meter park, the Europagarten (“European garden”). Supermarkets, public transportation, restaurants, schools and doctors are all within the immediate vicinity.

‘SOLID Home’ has a lobby with a concierge service, as well as an underground car park, which is equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. The construction began in January 2018.
