Solid Home Frankfurt - CASCADA Rising Residences

In the Europaviertel, the residential high-rise SOLID Home Frankfurt with 21 floors and about 191 condominiums and underground parking is located centrally between the exhibition center and the main train station. The design for the high-rise building comes from KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten for the cascade-shaped residential building, whose step-like floor units catch the eye. In the high-rise residential building mostly 2-4 rooms are created as freehold apartments for owner-occupiers and investors with 33 to 200 square meters. A total of 20,850 square meters will be created. The former project name of SOLID Home is CASCADA.

The spacious entrance area of SOLID Home leads to open-plan floors with bright apartments with balconies or terraces flooded with light thanks to the large windows. The one- to four-room apartments are characterized by modern floor plans, good facilities and a beautiful view.

The construction site for the new SOLID Home residential tower is the last unplanned area in the European Quarter – it is in close proximity to a 60,000 square meter park, the Europagarten. At the same time there are local suppliers, public transport, restaurants, schools and doctors in the immediate vicinity.

SOLID Home has a lobby with a concierge service and an underground car park, which is also equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. Construction started in January 2018. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2020.
