The Herriots building ensemble in the Lyon Quarter was built in 2003 and consists of four office blocks grouped around an atrium. It was designed by parterre Architekten and built by Deka Immobilien. With a total of 20 floors, the building has a gross floor area of 39,000 square meters.
The 900-square-meter entrance hall has an interior height of 52 meters. The office floors are reached by eight glazed elevators offering panoramic views. On the first floor there is a restaurant operated by Consortium Gastronomie, designed for both employees and visitors. In addition, the office tower offers a conference center open to all interested parties and events, with customized rooms. In total, Alpha Meeting Rooms offers eight prestigious event rooms that can accommodate 20 to 220 people.
