The X in Offenbach

The X is a new real estate project in the Offenbach Kaiserlei area is a full-service apartment hotel with 200 rooms. The Frankfurt-based X-Direct Group is investing 60 million euros here, according to a statement of the company. The previous office tower of the German Weather Service (DWD) is undergoing a total renovation and converted into a hotel with short-term apartments.

Construction work for The X started in 2018 and is scheduled to end in 2021. The lot size of The X is around 4,500 square meters (48,400 square feet).
