The tallest skyscraper in the world is currently called Burj Khalifa and is 828 meters (2,716 feet) high. This super high tower is located in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and was built by the project developer Emaar Properties according to plans by the architect Adrian Smith from the American architecture firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.
