The Bienenkorbhaus at Konstablerwache and Frankfurt's Zeil, which has been a listed building since 2014, is being extensively modernized and refurbished by the Stuttgart-based construction company Züblin on behalf of RFR Holding GmbH. The Frankfurt-based company FF-Projekt GmbH is responsible for project management. The building was designed in 1954 by Professor Johannes Krahn of the Städelschule
