Panorama Residenz in Frankfurt

Panorama Residenz is a new real estate project in which a the former office tower at Ostparkstrasse 45 is totally renovated and converted into a residential tower featuring micro apartments. The project was designed by Karl Dudler Architekten and comprises a total of 61 freehold apartments. The original office tower will be expanded by a staggered floor, which will contain four apartments.

The Panorama Residenz residential tower is part of a complex of three buildings from the 1960s. The residential building to the north of the ensemble is fully let and contains 113 small existing apartments. An accommodation facility with 16 double rooms is to be built in the third building.

The project is being developed by a project development company based in Mainaschaff. The company bought the buildings in the third quarter of 2019. Completion is expected for late summer 2021. However, the condominiums are not marketed individually. After the total renovation, the buildings are to be sold individually or as a complete package.
