Livinit in Frankfurt

In the Lyon Quarter, a former office building from the 1980s is being converted into the residential building Livinit and repositioned. In the future, tenants will be able to rent a apartments at Lyoner Strasse 11 which is going to have a modern standard.

By the end of 2021, the Evan-Gruppe (Evan Group) will set up a total of 375 small apartments for staff from the hotel and catering industry at Lyoner Strasse 11. The boarding house Livinit Frankfurtis rented out at around 30 to 35 hotels, which can then assign rooms to their trainees or new employees. According to an employee of the Evan Group, this is the first such offer especially for hotels in Germany. The Evan Group sees this as a business model and wants to offer it in other cities.

Status January 2023: In response to an inquiry from SKYLINE ATLAS, Walser Projekt Management GmbH has confirmed that the Livinit will be completed this year. The exact date given was the end of September 2023

August 2022: Evan Group has sold the micro housing project under construction to the real estate developer and investor Unimo. The transaction between the two companies took place against the background of a difficult business situation at Evan. Accordingly, completion is uncertain for the time being.

Status May 2022: Work is clearly being carried out on the building. The building is expected to be ready for occupancy by the middle of the year.

Status May 2021: The construction work is continued under new management.

Status January 2020: Since a couple of months there is no construction progress anymore.
