Blue Horizon Frankfurt

Blue Horizon Frankfurt Unmüssig

Blue Horizon is a new residential tower on the site of the former Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Hessen (KVH) in Frankfurt. The previously existing 19-storey office building is currently repositioned as a residential building. The plans include four commercial units on the ground floor and 118 apartments with a total of 9,000 sqm of living space.

The façade of Blue Horizon was originally designed with a bluish tint, but in the intervening period, the design has changed to a natural sandstone look.

The project is being developed by Idleness and has already been sold to an institutional investor. The investor is reported to be the company PATRIZIA.
